Without water, communities stagnate - there is no time for children to attend school, no means to farm & grow food for consumption and sale & villagers suffer with poor health.

A Borehole project with AMA
Afghan children walk up steep mountains on a daily basis, carrying water that is often dirty, to their homes. Women and children in Malawi walk under the burning sun for hours to find water. Providing a borehole gives communities clean, safe drinking water, a chance to grow crops, time for a child to study and be a child, and protection against disease.

Project Process
Our teams on the ground send regular feedback of areas that are in urgent need. A suitable location is chosen for your waterwell project to be built.
Your borehole is built and overseen by AMA team on the ground. Actual construction of a borehole takes 8 weeks.
Mandatory checks are done for water quality and to ensure longevity of the borehole before completion. Once completed you will be provided with a photo of your project within 7 months
